Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains intact and the invoice is included.
Schedule a Collection
Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label to the exterior of the box and schedule a complimentary courier pickup at your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival at our Paris atelier, items undergo a rigorous quality check before your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
